House X Lab VIP Homebuyer Agreement

When you become a VIP Buyer there are a number of very important benefits that we will provide at no cost to you.

1. We recommend that you get pre-approved for your home loan. We can help coordinate a meeting for you with the Builder’s  preferred lender.

2. We will automatically email you regular updates of homes that match your home buying criteria. With this information, you can pick the homes you like and we will schedule appointments and tours with the home builder’s sales representatives.

3. We will use our experience, data, and relationships to ensure you get the best home for the best possible price. We will discuss strategy with you regarding offer price, financing terms, possession date, etc. We will introduce you and provide your VIP registration to the Builder, and help coordinate your next steps, prior to your visit.

4. We will provide you with Free Electricity for up to 3 Years - we pay for your electricity. The amount of electricity is based on several factors:

• Commission paid to House X by Seller

• Energy Efficiency of your new home

• KwH cost from the Electricity provider

• Household size and consumer behavior

In return for these services:

1. You agree to inform Builder Sales Representatives that House X is your Exclusive Broker by  presenting a copy of the Executed VIP Buyers Representation Agreement 

2. You agree to allow House X  to represent you whenever you see a new home that you want to view. This means that you will let us know when you want to view a home, and advise builders that House X is your Exclusive Broker. If you want to view a home, make an offer, or take advantage of our many benefits, you will do this through House X.

THIS AGREEMENT CAN BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME - NO QUESTIONS ASKED
